Lean and continuous improvement for manufacturing

Lean and continuous improvement for manufacturing

Description

This session provides leaders a succinct yet comprehensive overview of what it means to adopt Lean and continuous improvement in their organisation, covering:

  • Clarifying the difference between Lean and continuous improvement methodologies, why an organisation would invest in either approach, what that investment entails, and the rewards and impact we’ve seen.
  • The four essential steps that drive significant performance improvements in operations and processes, and the principles that support those steps.
  • Defining the leader’s role in Lean and continuous improvement, and the behaviours and team culture that support its successful adoption.

As part of this session, we’ll also explain some of the co-funding support available for businesses adopting Lean and continuous improvement.
