TNT Workshop – Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment:

  • Full payment is required before attending any workshop. Participation is only confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the first workshop will receive a full refund.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop start date, due to preparation and administration costs.
  • Once the first workshop begins, no cancellations or refunds are possible.

No Shows:

  • If you do not attend and have not made prior arrangements, no refund will be given.

Single Workshop Bookings:

  • If you've booked a single workshop, the same 7-day cancellation notice applies for a refund.

Substitutions:

  • If you're unable to attend, you’re welcome to send someone else in your place at no additional cost – 24 hours’ notice is required.

Project Manager | Corporate Trainer and Facilitator | Business Owner

Carol started teaching people how to use computers and has a love of technology and all things digital. Through being a team member of a technology project, she learned the value of project management and went on to pass exams to ensure her own projects ran smoothly and delivered on time and to budget. She enjoys teaching project management as well as the practical application. She has worked in the IT, banking and electricity industries both in NZ and in the UK. Her goal for course attendees is to provide focused, practical tools to use immediately.

Her international training career has seen her travel to Malaysia, Venezuela, UK, and USA to deliver training that has inspired and motivated people to become lifelong learners.

Born in Te Maru (Timaru, South Island) she now resides in Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington), near Te Awa Kairangi (Hutt River).
