Speaker: Peter Elms, Assistant General Manager, Visa Services, Immigration New Zealand
Peter joined Immigration New Zealand in 2002 and in that time has held a number of senior roles, which included border/investigations and compliance areas. In 2013 Peter was appointed Assistant General Manager Visa Services with responsibility for visa processing across a variety of geographic regions. Peter holds the position of Assistant General Manager – Business and Specialist. In this role he is responsible for products as opposed to regions; those products include responsibility for the New Zealand Residence Programme as well as work, investor, partnership & humanitarian visa processing.
Peter has previously worked for the New Zealand Department of Corrections and the United Kingdom Police Service.
